Do I need any previous yoga experience? No. Beginners are welcome We teach from the basics, with clear instructions and corrections.

What should I wear for class? Wear comfortable and breathable clothing (avoid jeans)

What is this Hatha Yoga program about? This is a structured Classical Hatha Yoga program to build strength, flexibility, balance, and inner stability. The practices are taught step-by-step so you can learn correctly and continue as a self-practice afterwards.

What food guidelines should I follow before class?
