What includes in this workshop
Day 1: Start Our Journey Together We will begin with simple practices to help us breathe better and bring more oxygen into our body. These will also make our lungs strong and clear our mind, helping us feel calm and free from stress. The practices we learn today will stay with us throughout the workshop, and we’ll do them every day. Day 2: Adding Movement and Energy We will continue the practices from Day 1 and add new movements to make our body more flexible and improve blood flow. These movements will help loosen stiff joints and keep us active. They also bring more energy into the body, making us feel lighter and fresher. Day 3: Build Strength and Focus Along with the practices we’ve been doing, we’ll learn new ways to stretch our neck and relieve tension. This will help align our spine and remove stress stored in the body. We’ll also do a meditation that helps us stay focused and work toward our goals. Day 4: Keep the Spine Healthy We’ll do all the practices we’ve learned so far and add a special practice to strengthen the spine. A healthy spine keeps us free from back pain, helps us stand tall, and improves overall energy in the body. It also makes us feel stronger and more confident. Day 5: Cleanse Through the Breath We will continue all previous practices and learn breathing techniques that clean our energy channels. These will help us feel balanced and remove negative thoughts and stress. Breathing properly can calm the mind and make us feel peaceful throughout the day. Day 6: Balance Emotions with Sound We’ll do all the practices we’ve been practicing and also learn how sound can balance our emotions. By making certain sounds, we can feel more positive and happy from within. This practice helps us release anger, sadness, or fear and brings a sense of joy. Day 7: Bring Focus and Success Along with our daily practices, we’ll add a new meditation that helps us focus on what we want to achieve in life. It brings clarity to our thoughts and helps us stay calm while working toward our goals. Day 8: Learn About Food for Energy We’ll continue all the practices we have learned so far and discuss how the food we eat affects our body and mind. Eating the right kind of food can increase our energy, reduce laziness, and keep us emotionally stable. Day 9: Start Connecting with Nature We’ll do all our practices and begin learning how to connect with the five elements of nature—earth, water, fire, air, and space. This connection helps us feel peaceful and brings harmony to our body and mind. Day 10: Complete the Connection with Nature All the practices from previous days will continue, and we’ll complete our understanding of how the five elements of nature affect us. This practice helps us feel more balanced, happy, and in tune with the world around us. Day 11: Put Everything Together We’ll do all the practices we have learned over the 11 days. These practices will now become part of our daily life, helping us feel more energetic, focused, and free from anxiety or stress. We’ll leave the workshop with tools to live a healthier and more peaceful life every day. The practices in this workshop are upa-Yoga practices and meditations, specially designed to enhance physical health, mental clarity, and emotional balance. This workshop involves simple yet powerful practices that activate joints, muscles, and energy systems, making it accessible and beneficial for people of all ages. The meditations further deepen your experience, helping you connect with inner peace and joy.
